AI Plugin Generator Skill

The AI Plugin Generator Skill is a context file for LLMs that lets you build Appian plugins using AI — with any LLM you already use. It works by providing your LLM (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or any other) with a curated context file containing Appian's plugin documentation, SDK references, and AppMarket submission guidelines. Simply describe what you want your plugin to do in plain English, and the LLM generates a complete, AppMarket-compliant Java plugin project — ready to build.

Note: This Skill is intended to assist with plug-in development by providing curated context and generated project structures through third-party LLMs. Appian is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or behavior of content generated by external AI models, as AI-generated outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. Any plug-ins generated using third-party LLMs remain subject to Appian’s standard plug-in review process and must comply with all applicable AppMarket plug-in policies and guidelines before submisson.
