New Smart Service added: Flatten PDF.

This is a Smart Service process node which takes in a PDF file and flattens it via conversion to image at a specified DPI and back to PDF. The node outputs a new PDF document with the same name as the original document in the specified target folder. This function is useful for improving effectiveness of Appian AI document extraction skills.

The resultant flattened PDF will be larger than the original file as the DPI value is increased. Modify this value with caution and appropriate testing/disk space projection to prevent unexpected disk usage.
