Deloitte’s Business Calendar Management utility provides a way to define various calendars and allow business users to define non-working days. Calendars can be created for the organization, business line(s), process(es), and even user(s). Then, each calendar can be used in calculations of due dates and SLAs. The data can be utilized in processes and rules to assist with process assignments, management, and reporting.
