Generate 2-D Molecule Image from SMILES

This plug-in contains a smart service "Generate 2D Molecule Image", which takes SMILES data in a string format and renders a 2- dimensional image of the molecule and saves the image as an Appian Document.

The resulting 2D Molecule Image has a title in the image (with the same name as File Name given in the input) and image size depending on the width the height input parameters. The associated download contains the plug-in JAR (com.appiancorp.cdkutils.smiles.1.0.1.jar) as well as a design and usage document.
