The Grants Management application provides end-to-end management functionality from application intake, to award, and through to close-out. This includes comprehensive monitoring tools to ensure a standardized approach that is compliant with federal regulations. Core features are consistent with standards in the Federal Assistance Application (SF-424) and Federal Financial Report (SF-425).

Powerful, dynamic dashboard allow grantees and agencies to effectively address all aspects of the grant lifecycle, including, but not limited to, programs, applications, awards, financial reporting (FFR), and progress reporting (PPR). Users can associate comments and supporting documents throughout the process, with all milestone tasks and activities captured in a historical audit trail to provide a complete view of the life of an award. Designed to integrate with existing federal systems like SAM, FMS, and Grants.gov, so that processes and data are handled more efficiently and with less risk of human error. Supports the Digital Accountability and Transparency Act (DATA), requirements around data transparency, and are available through built-in and easily configurable data export capabilities.
