Log Reader Tool

The utility enables users to select, view, and export application logs. Access to logs can be restricted by user group and/or log type. Prerequisites: Log Reader plugin (https://community.appian.com/b/appmarket/posts/log-reader) and Add Documents to Zip plugin (https://community.appian.com/b/appmarket/posts/add-documents-to-zip).

The customer is responsible for establishing appropriate access controls to manage access to view application logs. The customer is responsible for the security of the application logs when downloaded.

• Read and download Appian logs (csv) over a specified period
• Read and download Tomcat standard-out log
• Easily generate zip downloads containing several logs
• Automate periodic collection of log files
• Configure row-level security to log files from the front end
• Configure additional log types for read and download
